My order showed up without any issues, so that part was okay. The frustrating bit was having to message customer service twice before anyone got back to me. Once they finally replied, they were nice and helpful, but I don’t love being forced to sit around and practice patience just to get a simple answer. Overall, not a bad experience, but quicker responses would make it a lot better.

The stuff I got was cute, so I assumed the exchange would be easy too. Nope. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and after not hearing much, I figured my request had just gotten lost or ignored. I had to follow up with support twice before it really moved along. Not a terrible experience overall, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’ve already washed ours a bunch of times and it still looks really nice. No weird shrinking or fading so far, which I was kind of worried about. It’s super easy to clean too, and with baby messes... yeah, that makes a big difference

I ordered this because the colour in the photos looked like a soft, neutral shade, almost that gentle beige-y tone that goes with everything. What showed up was much darker and had this dull, slightly muddy look to it. I know screens can make colours look a bit different, but this wasn’t just a tiny shade variation, it genuinely looked like a different colour. I was trying to match it with a few other baby items I already had, even down to the little trim details, so it was frustrating. I wouldn’t order again unless the photos are updated to show the real colour more accurately.

I do like the products on kiinbaby.com, and the site is easy to browse... but a few of the things I actually wanted were out of stock. That was a little frustrating because I ended up checking back more than I expected.

Once I found something available, ordering was totally fine. I just wish the stock updates were clearer or restocks happened a bit faster... not a bad shop at all, just maybe not the best if you need something right away

I got this as a gift for new parents, and they really seemed to like it. It’s sorta one of those easy, thoughtful baby gift choices that feels practical too.

I really wanted to love this because it looked adorable when it arrived, but after the first use, one piece already felt a little loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but with anything meant for a baby, that’s not something I feel comfortable brushing off. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but I still don’t feel fully confident using it. If you end up buying it, I’d definitely recommend checking everything carefully before each use and trusting your gut if something seems off.

We use it constantly and it’s been through plenty of washes. Nothing has stretched out, gotten misshapen, or started looking weird, which is usually where you can tell if something was cheaply made. The stitching still looks good, and the colors haven’t faded much either.

The only small downside was that shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Overall, I’m really happy with the durability and would definitely order again.

I was a little unsure about the sizing, but it ended up fitting just as expected. My sister even said it looked like I picked the perfect size, so I’m happy with it.

Shopping on the site was straightforward... I found what I needed without spending too much time, and the pages loaded just fine on my phone. The only thing I’d change is the filters, they could be a little better, since I ended up scrolling more than I expected. Still, overall it was a good experience.

I just tried a Kiin Baby sleep sack recently, and while it’s really cute, my latest experience with it wasn’t great. The fabric didn’t seem to breathe well for my baby, and they got sweaty quickly even though the room was at a normal temperature.
I washed it and gave it another shot with lighter clothes underneath, but the same thing happened again. Maybe it would be better in a cooler house, but based on how it worked for us this week, it felt too warm and a bit stuffy. I was a little disappointed, especially for the price.

Right away, my first impression was that it looked super cozy, and my baby seemed comfortable in it almost immediately. They’ve been sleeping better since we started using it, which has been a nice surprise. Only thing I wish is that the delivery had been a bit faster.

I ordered one thing and received something else entirely. Straightforward issue, you expect the item you paid for to be the one that shows up.

I really wanted to like kiinbaby because the stuff looks super cute online, but once it arrived I was kinda disappointed. For what I paid, I Expected it to feel a lot nicer.
The quality just felt basic to me, not terrible, but definitely not special either. I’ve bought cheaper baby items elsewhere that felt about the same, maybe even better in some cases. and with shipping added in, the total just felt way too high.

Maybe other people are happy with it, and that’s fine, but for me it just wasn’t worth the money. I don’t think I’d buy from them again

My order showed up a bit later than I was expecting. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of slow, you know? The packaging was totally fine though, so at least that part was okay.

The delivery showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating, but the package itself was in good shape. I’m price-conscious, so as long as I’m not paying extra for fast shipping, I can live with it. Not amazing, but not a dealbreaker either.

The fabric feels soft and nice to touch, so that part is good. I just wouldn’t say it’s amazing or anything. It’s fine for the price, but I was kinda expecting a bit more, tbh
